Who can lodge a submission?

The MurrumbidgeePHN Primary Healthcare Awards are open to all members of the community.

What are the 2019 Awards Categories?

Category 1 – Murrumbidgee Community Grant of the Year

Category 2 – Outstanding Contribution to Community

Category 3 – Innovation

Category 4 – Promoting Healthy Living

What is the closing date for submissions?

Submissions must be lodged by midnight Sunday 8th September 2019.

How does judging take place?

A judging panel of primary health experts from the sector will be assessing all applications against the published criteria. There will be up to four finalists selected in each category. Each application is judged on merit.

What is the total word count?

Your submission form must not exceed 2,500 words.

Submissions will open on 31 July 2019.

  • Submission form in Microsoft Word

  • Relevant attachments (maximum four, named “Attachment 1, Attachment 2, etc; maximum 5MB in total); in .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlxs, .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format

What are the benefits of being an award recipient?

In addition to recognition during the 2019 MPHN members dinner and awards presentation, MPHN will issue a press release to a large number of media outlets announcing award recipients.

The Awards are a fantastic way to receive community wide acknowledgement for the work you do.

Where will the 2019 Primary Healthcare Awards be held?

The Awards presentation will be on Saturday 12th October 2019 at the annual AGM to be held at the International Hotel.

Can I attend the Primary Healthcare Awards?

The Awards are open to members and award finalists only. To ensure fairness across our membership there is a strict number of tickets available per organisation. if you require more invites for your organisation please get in touch with us at awards@mphn.org.au
